Welcome to day 1 of your challenge. We are very lucky to have Olympic Medallist & Commonwealth Champion gymnast Nile Wilson who will be walking you through your daily exercises & mindset over the next 21 days. Each workout is between 15-20 minutes, you can do them at home at the time that suits.
Each workout video contains modified exercises to suit all levels of fitness. You can raise the level of difficulty during the upcoming weeks, as you will feel your body getting stronger. Nile’s videos provide a holistic approach to training including strength, flexibility, mindset & rest. You will receive each workout video every morning at 5:30am so you can fit the exercises during any part of the day. Fully commit to the next 21 days and remember, small daily improvements are the key to staggering long-term results.
