Quality good,have used Herbal shakes before they definitely helped my health,hence I am taking them again
Useful shake when busy. Feeling less tired. Only downside is lid of shaker doesn’t work very well and have to mix powder but would buy again. Lasts a long time.
Goes well with aloe have this every morning definitely makes a difference
