Here we bring you today’s Handstand workout – a fun exercise to build up and maintain a balanced and strong core!

Tip - Balance exercises can prevent everyday injuries through core strength. The core is more than just the abdomen; strong hips, ankles and gluteal muscles are also critical to a good balance.

Good balance can also support mental clarity and ease anxiety.
