AB TIME!

Today’s workout video is all about the core. With 24 hours in the day, you only need 12 minutes to focus on that strong stomach and posture. Since the core supports every other part of the body and stabilises your spine, it's important you give it a lot of attention.

For extra intensity, try doing this set twice!
