Giving up chocolate was one of the hardest things I had to do but this chocolate shake makes up for it. It also mixes well with other flavours such as banana, mint chocolate and strawberry. I love to mix it up.

Using these products I have become two abd a half stone lighter and have a skip in my step. I am much healthier than I was a year ago. Definitely works for me.
